Terms and Conditions
Please Read these terms and conditions carefully they apply to all clients placing an order via our website, phone, verbally or email.
Lush Carpet Cleaners will provide the equipment and materials for the cleaning process the client must provide electricity and running water.
Full payment must be made on day of completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Lush carpet cleaners. Failure to make full payment within 7 days of completion of work will result in a late payment surcharge of 15%. If full payment is not received within 21 days of completion of work or 21 days of invoice date the outstanding amount will be passed onto a collection agency to be recovered. All costs incurred by Lush Carpet Cleaners in the pursuit of late payment will be added to the outstanding amount. The outstanding amount will be then subjected to charges by the collection agency.
Lush Carpet Cleaners has the right to refuse to enter or clean any premises which they consider to be hazardous or dangerous in anyway. Unless agreed in writing by Lush Carpet Cleaners. Lush Carpet Cleaners will not clean blood or hazardous liquids.
If the client is not satisfied or has a complaint with the service they received the client must contact Lush Carpet Cleaners by phone or email within 24 hours of the cleaning process. Lush Carpet Cleaners does not issue refunds the client must allow Lush Carpet Cleaners to return and re-clean the area. Failure to contact Lush Carpet Cleaners within 24 hours of completion of cleaning work will entitle the client to no claim. Lush Carpet Cleaners will return and re-clean the area the client is unhappy with. Under the following conditions:-
- The client has complied with all obligations applied to them under these Terms and Conditions
- We can gain access to the property within 48 hours to re-clean the area the client is unhappy with
- If the client was informed on the pre-inspection about the issues in question then Lush carpet cleaning reserve the right not to return to re-clean.
Lush Carpet Cleaners does not guarantee that all stains can be removed. Lush Carpet Cleaners will advise of the likelihood of successfully removing stains and marks after the pre-inspection is carried out. Lush Carpet Cleaners reserves the right not to return to re-clean more than once.
The client must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the service is being conducted. Failure to provide electricity and running water will result in the client being subjected to a non-refundable charge of 50% of the quoted price.
The client is responsible for providing access to the property. Failure to provide access to the property will result in the client being charge a non-refundable charge of 50% of the quoted price. The client must give as much notice as possible if they wish to cancel or re-schedule. If a service is cancelled or re-scheduled with in the 24 hours of its scheduled date a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price will be charged.
The Client must remove all fragile and breakable items before Lush Carpet Cleaners arrive to start the cleaning process. Lush Carpet Cleaners will move items for the client at an agreed extra charge. Lush Carpet Cleaners will not accept liability for any damages or breakages that happen while moving the items. If it is unsafe or the client does not want the item to be removed Lush Carpet Cleaners will clean around the item but will not be liable for any damages or breakages that happen.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform Lush Carpet Cleaners when booking the services that items or furniture will require moving. If items or furniture is not removed by the client Lush Carpet Cleaners will move items or furniture for the client at an agreed extra charge. If the client does not want the items or furniture moving Lush Carpet Cleaners will clean around the items or furniture. Lush Carpet Cleaners reserves the right not to move any items or furniture.
The client or representative must be present at the start and the end of the cleaning process so inspections can take place. If the client or representative is unable to be present at the end of the cleaning process Lush Carpet Cleaners will carry out the inspection. Lush Carpet Cleaners will not be liable for any problems or issues that happen after the inspection has been carried out unless Lush Carpet Cleaners have stated so on the inspection. If the client is not present at the end of the cleaning process Lush Carpet Cleaners will not be liable for securing/locking up a client property. It is the responsibility of the client to be present at the end of the cleaning process.
In the event of any damages or breakage caused by Lush Carpet the client must inform Lush Carpet Cleaners within 24 hours of the relevant visit. Lush Carpet Cleaners will repair the item, if the item cannot be repaired Lush Carpet Cleaners will credit the client the cost of the item taking into account its age and condition.
Lush Carpet Cleaners will not be held liable or responsible for:
-Placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.
-Shrinkage of carpet as a result of poor fitting
-Any existing damage/stains/burns/spillages/marks/odours etc. which cannot be cleaned completely by our cleaning process.
-Cleaning job not completed due to the lack of hot water or power.
-Any third party (pets/children/animals etc.) entering or present at the clients premises during the cleaning process causing re-soiling/damage/accidents etc.
-Failing to remove old or permanent stains
-Odours re-activated from old spillages/stains etc.
-The client or any third party (children/pets/animals etc.) for re-soiling or damaging the areas cleaned during and after the cleaning process.
Lush Carpet Cleaners has the right to cancel or re-schedule a service in cases where an accident or unexpected circumstances have befallen on Lush Carpet Cleaners. Lush Carpet Cleaners cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic and other unforeseen reasons.
